What happens if you have smoked salmon, eggs, parsley and cream cheese at your disposal? You let magic happen.
Well, not entirely to be honest, I haven't been at Hogwards yet - you simply conjure up a really good quiche others will love without having to do much. The dish only took me about ten minutes, it still tasted divine: It reminded me of a dish we made for Christmas at home once; where we put smoked salmon, bacon and oregano into puff pastry and put it into the oven. Memories dwelled up.

Anyway; for this dish you slice up smoked salmon and parsley, putting it in a bowl. This is followed by whisking three eggs with cream cheese and milk until you got rid of clumbs. Mix both things together, add salt and pepper and eh voila! You can bake it in the oven for half an hour. DONE.

It is amazing how easy it is to create a delicious meal in a short amount of time with few ingredients. Enjoy ;)
