Keto: Salami Lasagna


Lasagna

Lasagna without the noodles doesnt have to taste bad; here is a recipe which will make all of your meat dreams come true.

Ingredients:

  • 100g Salami
  • 7oz Polish Pork Sausage
  • 250g Zucchini
  • 150g Edamer Cheese (or any other cheese)
  • 500g Minced beef/pork
  • 50g Smoked Bacon
  • 5Tbsp Oil

How to:


  1. First off, you have to slice every ingredient. Then put a crumbled baking sheet into a pan (or fatten it out), layer the bottom with the sliced zucchini.
  2. In the mean time you add two diced gloves of garlic, salt, pepper and paprika powder to the minced meat. Use your hands to mix it together before you heat the oil in a pan and brown it on all sides. Additionally you can add 50ml of cream and 1 tbsp of sugarfree ketchup, but you do not have to.
  3. When the meat is heated and done; you can continue with the layering. On top of the zucchini, add a layer of the thinly sliced polish sausage - then half of the meat on top. Continue with another layer of the rest of the zucchini, and the salami slices. Finally, the rest of the meat gets on top; decked out with as much cheese as you want to.
  4. The lasagna is now ready for the oven, here I put it in for fifteen minutes at 220 degrees Celsius. 
  5.  When you pull it out, you might notice that it created a sauce of its own (its merely the fat of the meat) - therefore it is a good idea to fill the 'sauce' into a glass and use it as a topping if you decide to reheat it. The meal is long-living in the fridge after all.
