Pork liver & Sesame Calamari
Two dishes in one. Presented nobly. On the left side the Liver is cooked in a Japanese Style as I like to call it and the dish on the right is Calamari roasted in sesame and tomato sauce.

Probably a dish not everyone is fond of; but I love it - that's the only way I can eat liver without having side effects. Because when it is baked it is a) way fatter and b) tastes only half as good in my eyes. Anyway. it's incredibly easy to make by:
- chopping two onions, roasting them in vinegar and olive oil
- adding the chopped liver
- let it roast and turn back the heat
- pour soy sauce over it
- only salt at the end! (Or you'll end up with a liver you can kick windows in.)
Calamari
As I had some calamari left over from the sushi, I decided to roast the tentacles of them in sesame oil, adding sesame seeds and finishing it off with paprika and tomato sauce. Yummy.
By the way, that was one of the five dishes I made on Tuesday – food IS for the eye too ;)
