Pot Pie or Casserole
This was a delicious meal and very easy. It was my way of creating a pot pie - I did it in a lowcarb variety and in a normal carb variety. If you liked it, I'd be pleased if you followed me on Instagram to be kept up-to-date with my postings. @miamnamina

Meat pot pie at a friends house |
Ingredients:
- 500g Minced meat
- parsley
- 1 onion
- 4 gloves garlic
- 1 can peas
- paprika powder
- salt, pepper, italian spices
Carbdough:
1 Mürbeteig
Lowcarb dough
- 200g grated cheese
- 1 egg
- salt
- 2 tablespoon cream cheese
- 70g almond flour
How to:
It's actually a meal for which you don't have to prepare a lot, the baking time takes longer. First prepare the filling, for which you slice up the onions, the garlic and the parsley and mix it under the meat. Give it all a heavier taste with spices as most of the flavor will fade whilst cooking. Use salt, pepper, paprika and Italian spices for it.
Secondly, heat the grated cheese in the microwave for one minute, stir and put it back for another half of a minute. Mix in the cream cheese, the almond flour and the egg as last. Stir until well combined, it works best if you use your hands.
Now, fatten out an oven dish and layer one half of the dish with mürbteig, and the other with cheese bottom. Fill in the meat and top it off with the rest of the dough's.
It is ready for the oven! 200 degrees for ca. twenty minutes (all depending on which oven you have, which meat mix you chose etc) Better take it out earlier, cause the remaining heat will cook the rest. The result is a tasty meat potpie
