May I present you the curcuma spiced pork pan?
For this creation I chopped an
onion and some
broccoli, heated it in a pan so it would turn brown and glossy, which makes the onion taste sweeter than if you would simply heat it fast.

Then I switched it out for the
chopped pork; spiced it with
curcuma in the moments shortly before it is all done and let it simmer. Before I added the veggies again, I poured some
vinegar, tomato mark and spicy mustard over it. The overall flavor of these ingredients is quite intense, so if you rather want a more neutral dish, you should switch the spices out.
As the last step you have to add the
vegetables again; now you can serve it.
