Steak with Peas and Crispbread.
Sounds simply, right? Well, coming home after the gym one does not want to wait for food too long, therefore it is the non-timeconsuming meals which wrap your heart in a blanket of comfort.
I did not want to have 'just' a steak - even if they are so delicious - therefore I rubbed it in with a sauce of pumpkin seed oil, pepper, thyme, tomato mark and chili. Only then did I put it in the pan – naturally only roasting it medium. For the finishing I crumbled Crispbread and peas over it, letting them fry until all was done and I could add soup for a meat flavored sauce.
Voilà. Pardon if this was not not what you expected - it being too easy or whatnot - but sometimes easy things are enough to satisfy hunger. :) I'll make it up with cooking #Tamales on the weekend
