Kohlrabi-Curry-Pot
As I've already had a big piece of pork, I decided to create more than one dish: Curry-Peanut-Pork was one of them, this is the other. It's basically the same, only that this one lacks the coconut, peanuts and has veggies in it. Yeah, fine it is.. different. You caught me.
How to:
- Roast the pork.
- Take it out and cook the onion and cut kohlrabi; add vinegar and pepper.
- Give the meat back in and drop a heavy amount of curry over it.
- Let it all bubble.
- Fill it up with a bit of water, so it won't burn.
- I then continued to add parsley, vinegar cumin and most importantly sugar to counteract the bitter flavor of the curry.
That's basically it. Nothing more to be done except EATING it. :D
