Selfmade 'Käsekrainer' (Cheese Sausage) Langos
Have you always wanted to recreate the langos you've been eating at an imbiss for years now? I sort of made them in a way I thought it would be easy to, and according to the person I made them for they are 'DEVINE. TO DIE FOR.' ;) Just saying.

I took some Berner Worsted (Sausage of your choice) put it in the microwave on middle heat for a few minutes to pre-cook it. You can also put it into a pan or cook them in water if you favor that.
Anyway, Then I wrapped two pieces of cheese around the still warm sausage so it would 'melt to the outer skin' – dunk it in a mixture of one egg with water, a bit of water and salt and then you can roast it in oil. Wont take you longer than fifteen minutes :)
