Hawaii Feeling for dessert.
In search for a praline to nibble with little ingredients? These coconut bliss balls are the perfect way to accomplish that.
I made a tiny portion of it:
- Melt 100g Coconut butter with 50ml coconut milk.
- Mix it with a handful of grated coconut, lemon aroma, artificial sugar and if need be with more milk.
- The batter is a bit sticky, but as soon as you pour it into a dish and it ends up in the fridge, you don't need to be bothered by it.
I added some poppy seeds on top to make it more colorful. Sweeten, sour or spice it just as you would love your pralines to taste like.
