A fluffy omelette breakfast
First off: Sorry for the bad quality shots - I sadly do not have a food photography studio.
Starting the day off with a healthy breakfast is vital; what is better than an omelette filled with bacon pieces and cheese?
For this dish, I mixed three eggs, a drop of mineral water and a spoon of yoghurt together. Roasted a handful of chopped bacon in oil until they were brown and put it aside; in said oil I fried the eggs. Keeping a lid on the pan so the top gets steamed. Don't worry if it bubbles, that is just because of the fat – flip it over and both sides are browned now.
When you notice the fluffiness and are satisfied with the color of it; put it onto a plate. Now I added two slices of gouda, cream cheese and bacon on one half and wrapped it up. Bon Appetit!
