That's for the people who know the word Buschenschank or Brettljausn. Made it as breakfast today – again totally carbfree but that can be changed.
For this, I smeared liver paste on two pieces of protein bread, mixed it with a teaspoon of cream cheese and sprinkled parsley on it. On the side I cut a tomato, two thick slices of garlic bacon and four pieces of Moosbacher cheese.It cannot get easier. You do not even have to invest a lot of time in it.
