A different kind of 'Moor im Hemd'
Listen up Chocolate Addicts! Here comes a new variety of the Austrian dish 'Moor im Hemd' – normally it is a chocolate cake in a bath of chocolate sauce. Definitely rich in chocolate – only this time, I created a sort of crumbled possibility of it.
A friend came over and I didn't have anything ready – but I wanted to have something. I have this rule that I always feed visitors, it would be rude not to. Therefore I crumbled a half-frozen Benco (cacao) cake; put some chopped dark chocolate (#Patissa) over it and put it in the microwave for a minute on the middle heat. When the chocolate was melted I mixed it all together and decorated it with sugar.
Voilà. A crumbled 'Moor im Hemd' :D
