Mish mash or "hamsoupcheesemuffins"
Dont worry about the title at the moment - it was one my boyfriend came up with as its basically a meal I couldnt quite come.up with a name with.
Anyhow. Lets start. I created these spicy muffins by mere coincidence. Yes it might sound weird, and yes its not tje best shot but dont let it deceive you
It started of with having cooked "geselchtes" and had the sauce in which it cooked left. Then I put 120g gouda into it and melted it in a bowl. I didnt believe it looked yummy enough so I changed the plan and took some "canned meat" - around 70g - and mashed it into the bowl.
I salted it, put some oregano into it, added 50g cream cheese and one egg.
That pixture was put into a muffin tin, where I spread spicy mustard and ketchup onto the top. Finished it off with mozarella cheese and put it in the oven
