Blueberry Chia Pudding
Ever had a Chia Pudding before? This one is done in a few minutes; if you don't count the time it has to soak.
Take the amount of Chiaseeds you want to, then pour water over them until you have about one cm over the top. Stir and let it soak, what works good too is when you heat it up for thirty seconds in the microwave before leaving it to soak up the water.
When its done and you still have excess water, pour it away. Then you can mix in heavy creme and whey blueberry protein powder. Eat it cold or warm, decorate it with chocolate, peanut butter or nuts. Every combination is devine :D
