Meat cut into stripes
Another light meal to which you can eat almost any side dish is plain meat cut into stripes and mixed with veggies and flavors of your liking.
I cut up some turkey, roasted it in vinegar and mustard, while I cut some green pepper and a few olives. Then I added the pepper and champignons to the pan. A shot of white wine or soy sauce gives it the best flavor. I know my recipes get shorter by post, but that'S the thing: I don't need a recipe for cooking.
