Lasagna with Spinach and Salmon
Want to spice your normal lasagna up a bit? Then its so easy by adding salmon and spinach, keeping the other ingredients. Its a great version of mixing fish and veggies without missing the traditional dish.
How to:
- Roast 400g of salmon with onions, oil and garlic. Put it aside. In another pan heat tomato sauce with oregano, salt, pepper, paprika, and a tad of cream and sugar.
- Now blanch the noodles in boiling water until they are a bit softer but still too hard. Prepare the dish by buttering it out, layer it with noodles.
- Afterwards you need the Beschamelsauce which you create by heating butter, milk and flour until you have a creamy liquid texture and can spread it on the noodles to make them soft.
- A layer of salmon, another noodles/sauce layer and then spinach. Make as many layers as you want. A tip is filling one layer with bacon and cheese - top it all off with grated cheese.
- Bake it in the oven at 200 degrees for twenty minutes.
