Minced pork filled with goat cheese

This is one of the easiest recipes you can make, but will probably one of those were guests are going to ask 'How did you do that'

Take some minced pork, mix it with garlic, caramelized onions and spices.

In my case I put them in muffin holes, and pressed a salted piece of goat cheese into it. The two on the right have a cheese topping because I didn't have enough meat prepared haha.

Anyway, put into the oven for merely twenty minutes and served warm, you manage to make the meat well done and the cheese core soft and melted. :)
