Lusting for a sweet start into the morning without having to regret it? Just exchange some ingredients and youll be fine.



I mixed two eggs with water, added two spoons of coconut flour and one scoop of whey chocolate protein powder. Sweetened it with artificial sugar and baked it in a pan.
Easy as that. :D got to love the easy way one can create awesome dishes.
