Bacon Cheese Muffins

Ever wondered how you could astonish fatlovers? Here is your answer: who does not love cheese, bacon and eggs? See. Point taken. 

This recipe sort of came out of nowhere, I wanted to make some muffins and a good lunch, therefore I just took a look into the fridge and came up with the following ingredients:
Eggs, bacon, Teilsames, cheese, creme fraiche, capers, cucumber.

Easy as that I mixed two eggs and a cup of creme fraiche, with salt and pepper. Added a handful of flaxseeds to get a thicker texture, then the other ingredients found their way into the bowl - chopped of course. 

To finish them, I put them into a silicone muffin form and heated the oven to 180 degrees, letting it bake for twenty minutes. Voila, the sunflower seeds are beautifully roasted by the time you are done and the silicone sheet helps to get your muffins out easily.
