Selfmade Pumpkin Seeds
This post is merely a short tip for the cooking happy out there.
If you ever have to cut a pumpkin, you don't have to let the inner seeds go to waste. Put them on a baking sheet and bake them in the oven for twenty minutes, considering how hot the oven is. I put mine on 180 degrees on the middle layer of the oven because you have to take care that they will not burn on the upper heat. Better take it slow instead of cooking them full force. The healthiest self-made snack for fall!
