Patty O'Omelett is basically nothing different than minced beef with a cheese filling and topped with an omelet browned in the gravy. Just for the record: I did invent the name, I do not believe that there is a meal named like that or is there?

How to: Mix minced beef with mustard, oregano, chopped onion, salt, pepper, an egg and cheese cut into small pieces. Form it into an oval shape and press it a bit; now put it in a pan and brown it, add the egg on top - it probably happens that it falls off, to avoid this you can make a 'hole' into the meat and uncrack it there. If you don't mind seeing it slide off, then you flip it together when it is done.

As a decoration I put cheese on the outside, it should be one with a stronger flavor - this meal is perfect to heat in the microwave if you cannot eat it immediately.
