Tuna with Eggyolk and vegetables.

Today's lunch was protein-filled: Imagine tuna, beans and egg yolk. All three are rich in protein; I LOVE protein. Let me guide you through this mixture of deliciousness.

Open a can of tuna in oil, roast it in the pan; add chopped onions, carrots, tomatoes and green beans.

Stir for a while, until you can pour some vinegar and soy sauce over it.
Add the canned beans and the egg yolk with cumin powder, salt, pepper and lemon pepper. Finish it with a drop of lemon juice and cream cheese.
Done.

Considering the meal only takes ten minutes to make; the taste is incredible. :D
