Cooking Keto: Pizza

Who does not love a homemade pizza? No matter whether it is ketogenic or with carbs – I made one on Saturday; because honestly, the dough rocks, and will do another carbfilled one on Monday at work. Here is how I did it.




For the dough
1) Melt 170g of grated cheese in the microwave.
2) Mix this together with 1 egg, 80g Flax seed flour, 2 tablespoons of cream cheese, spices of your choice, salt and you should get a dough which does not stick to the side of the dish, but is still not a kneadable one. 
3) Prepare a baking sheet and pour the dough on it. It helps to water your fingers or your spoon when spreading it out.
4) Bake it for ten minutes at 200 degrees; only then start to add the topping



The topping


In my case I can say I added onions, pork, peas, bacon and lots of cheese. Here you can let your tastebuds sing a hallelujah cause you can top it with EVERYTHING ;) have fun.
