Coconut Haschee

 Coconut-Haschee

Funny thing here is that it does not actually taste like coconut, the meat only took over the soft thickness of the milk. My first rule when cooking is that you never waste something, therefore this came out of it. It tastes so good.....

Anyway: Mix minced beef with onion, salt and coconut milk - which you have already heated in the microwave with cheese before. Now add spiciness with chili and put it into the fridge over night. The meat soaks up the coconut milk and you can easily flop it into a pan in the morning; now add anything you want to add - I had to add flawseeds to make it thicker and add a nutty flavor. On top I put cheese and capers.

Yum. Enjoy.
