It happened that I had leftovers from dinner yesterday, so I used these to prepare the following which only needed some 'prepping up' by creating a sauce by letting the steak roast in oil and quenching it with vinegar. Stir this until the sauce and the meat bubbles, then you can add cabbage to your liking. Put a bit of the sauce to the side (preferably into the plate you are going to serve it in later), add an egg to it and scramble it all – add the sauce again and wait til it is soaked up.

Finished!! My secret is to drench the bread in the pan or in the sauce so it has the special flavor  - just wait til I post my steak sandwich :DD
